
Personal Training
During a personal training, my focus is only on You. The basis of my professional approach is that just as you write your business plan, I will make your training plan as thoroughly as possible. I will not let you give up, the greatest success for me is when you achieve the desired shape, health, or sports performance. You will receive all the help you need from me.
When you come to train with me, you will be taken out of the daily rush for that one hour, and we will focus only on your goal. I will add my expertise to your motivation, and with my support you will achieve the desired shape or sports result.
Dual training
In a pair (or a group of 3 people) training, each student still gets much more attention compared to group classes, but at a more favorable price than in the case of personal training. The team does not have to do the same thing, it is also possible to group people with different fitness levels and goals. It is not necessary for you to set up the team. Write to me if you are interested in the opportunity, and I will help you put together pairs and small groups!
Strength Training for Athletes
I teach supplementary strength training for competition and hobby athletes. I have done and still play many sports myself, and I have learned the basics of many sports at the University of Physical Education, and over the past 14 years I have worked with many athletes from different sports, and developed and led their strength training for them. I am sure that I will be able to help you in your sport as well. More and more athletes are taking advantage of this opportunity, because out of two athletes at the same technical level, the one who is in better physical (and mental) shape will achieve better results.
Group Classes
In my group training sessions, we always train to my favorite music, so time flies pleasantly while we exercise. During training, the team is forged together, we support each other through the deadlocks caused by fatigue, and at the end of training we are happy together that we took a step towards our goal today.
My believe that success always comes one step behind failure. I do not settle for mediocre, I make the most of every opportunity.
In my free time, I usually do outdoor sports, my favorites are skiing, kayaking and rollerblading, but I also like to play chess and go to the theater.
