Can beginners do it? I built the program in such a way that there are easier workouts at the beginning, and as you progress, the workouts become more and more difficult. At the beginning, you will find workouts that will help you get started on the road, and later on, you will find more and more intense ones so that you can reach the desired shape and fitness as quickly as possible.

I'm advanced, are there videos for me too? Yes, there will be the right content for you in "Advanced Workouts". Don't have much time to exercise? If you don't have a lot of time for training, but you still want to use it effectively, then you will love this program, because each training will last only 20-25 minutes, excluding the warm-up and stretching.

Will it still be effective? Definitely, because I put together the exercises in such a way that we burn as many calories as possible, and in addition, I will use a system so that the fat burning started during the training lasts even for 1-1.5 hours after the training. How many workouts do you have in a week? In the first period, it is completely up to you, because here you will find the videos on the site and you can complete them at your own pace and according to your own schedule. However, I recommend at least 3 times a week, so you will see your progress. You can do them several times until you feel ready to continue.

What happens next?

 

In the future, I will upload 3 new workouts per week. By the time you get to this point, you'll be more fit and able to handle the more intense workouts, so they'll be stronger, but in return you'll improve even faster. By the time you get to this point, you'll love exercise so much that it will become a part of your life and you'll be happy to do it because you're doing it for your purpose and that will give you additional motivation. You will not only see the change in the mirror, but you will also get appreciative glances on the street, and at the same time you will feel that you will be fresher and more energetic, and you will be more active in all areas of life.

Will the advanced workouts be free? Yes, this year.

And later? Even later, the price will be only HUF 249/piece. When will you reach your goal? This depends on several factors, including how regularly you exercise and whether you can adapt your diet to your lifestyle. But don't worry, I'll help you with that too. But let's not rush forward, let's start step by step. Let's change one thing at a time! Let it be exercise now, and we will adjust nutrition later. That way you don't have so much to do at once, you have time to get used to and adapt to each challenge.

How do you get started? Among the videos you will find a warm-up and a stretching video. Do these before and after every workout. Warming up gets you ready to move, and stretching relaxes you after you're done exercising. And try to copy the workouts as accurately as possible, but adapt them to your own condition, that is, it's okay if you can't do as much as the prescription at the beginning, do as much as you like, next time you'll be able to do more anyway.
